The Las Cruces Association of Realtors selected Local Realtor David Roewe as the 2025 REALTOR OF THE YEAR at their annual Awards Banquet on Friday, February 20th at the Las Cruces Convention center. This is the Highest Honor a Local Realtor can receive and is nominated by the members and selected by a group of past recipients.
David was recognized by his peers for his selfless service to the Real Estate industry and his contributions to building his community. David Roewe has previously led various nonprofits, chambers of commerce, and animal rescues. David is the qualifying broker at DB Realty group, a company he has owned since 2020 and has remained committed to serving families all over southern NM while also serving as a mentor for other aspiring brokers.
In his presentation, 2024 Realtor of the Year Eddie Valenzuela said “David’s values, honesty, kindness, resilience, and compassion shape every decision he makes even during difficulty times of his own. The same professionalism David brings to his career is exactly who he is always. Our community is truly better because of him. Today we honor a leader whose life reflects faith, courage and love, someone who lifts others with kindness and gives themselves without hesitation.
David’s presentation came as a surprise to him as prior Realtors of the year presented to him at his home the day of the ceremony. The Las Cruces Association of Realtors is proud to welcome David Roewe to this group of Distinguished Real Estate Professionals in our community.
